"We had issues with the toilet, it took 3 hours to find a plunger for the hotel. Breakfast was mediocre, not a big choice to choose from. And there was a young lady asking for money to pay for a room or to get back home that was very irritating. We are so supposed to enjoy our stay not worrying about panhandling in our hotel."

"My sister & I traveled from South Louisiana to Rosenberg, Texas to attend my grandson’s birthday party. It was very easy to book the room we wanted & we were very impressed with how big & clean the room & the bathroom was!! The young man who helped us when we first arrived was absolutely sweet & helpful. We got a good nights sleep & headed home the following morning at 4:00 AM. We will definitely stay there again on future trips!!"

"Stayed for 1 night only. The hotel appears to be recently built, and the rooms, furniture, and overall facilities are modern and in very good condition. The property makes a positive first impression, and everything feels new and well maintained. That said, there were a few disappointing details. All of the soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty upon arrival, which should have been caught during housekeeping inspections. In addition, the air conditioning unit was extremely noisy....

"The stay was excellent for the price. Clean rooms."

"Friendly Staff, Easy Check in, Good Location to Smart Financial Center, full breakfast, unfortunately we missed it. lots of restaurants, shopping, etc. Easy to get to and quiet neighborhood. Good Stay!"

"The owners are very rude and give very nasty stinky looks to color people Mary Rose will never stay there and give them my money again and it stinks really bad and they have ants and roaches"

"Everything clean"
