"The WiFi is useless if you complain they give you a phone number to call because they say there is no problem it’s unstable and won’t stay connected. If you call the number he spoke very broken English and was no help at all. The bed was worn out large indentation the fold out couch was in worse shape than the bed. In the morning it took 5 minutes to get hot water out of the faucet I timed it The place is showing it’s age if you want a very uncomfortable sleep stay in room 110"

"It’s what I expected. Just needed a clean place to sleep and shower. The breakfast is ok. The usual carb fare. Breads, cereal, waffles. I passed on the eggs. Coffee was ok. The Baymont served its purpose."

"The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast was good and the room was quiet. My big complaint was the shower. They must have installed water restrictors because the water flow was terrible. Worst shower I have ever had. There are many things to like about the hotel but I will look to stay at a different hotel next time."

"Good place to sleep"

"Excellent breakfast buffet. My only complaint was the pot smell in the hallway (and one of the rooms we were first given) and that there was only one washer/dryer."

"It was in a good location. They don't seem to understand the concept of a customer requesting no room service several times. Otherwise the staff was friendly. Some rooms face a large car wash that makes a ton of noise if you're on that side of the property."

"Good breakfast and great location."

"Ive stayed her numerous times about every 6 months the hotel is always clean, friendly staff the only bummer this time was the breakfast that is offered the choices have been slimmed down from prior visits and the banannas were very over ripe I only had a bowl of oatmeal the rest of my stay I ate out. I understand food and grocerys are expensive and you need to watch your bottom line as hospitality business, I do always enjoy my stay at the North Port Hampton and I will be back again in another...

"We stayed for 2 nights because my son was getting married. He referred us to this Inn and we were so pleasantly surprised for how clean it was. It was in a perfect location to get to the beach for his wedding. I highly recommend Sun Coast Inn for your next visit. Enjoy!"

"Very convenient location. Nice staff. Good breakfast."

"Beautiful place, the room was spacious, clean and had a nice patio right on the beach. Each room came with a wagon, beach chairs and umbrella! Arrived after the office was closed and who I assumed was the manager/ owner delivered our wagon with beach chairs early the next morning! It is however a very quiet and quaint community where everything shuts down by 10pm and restaurant kitchens close by 9:30! Not a big deal but good to know. We will definitely be staying there again!"
