"Didn’t like anything about our stay. The “hotel” is very rundown and I don’t think the room had room we got was properly cleaned. The toilet was dirty, no toilet paper, the taps were filthy. The carpets were monody and cobwebs all over roof. The radiator was thick with dust. We only got two flat pillows and didn’t feel we could actually go to bed cos we weren’t sure if the sheets had been cleaned. The mattress was comfortable enough. The staff were mainly non existent. Would definitely not stay...
"Lovely sea view. The bed could be larger. The hotel could do with maintenance externally. Staff were friendly. Breakfast - cold options disappointing. Only yoghurt/cereal/pieces of fruit. No pastries. You have to pay for a coffee made in the machine or drink instant coffee."
"It's not clear if you booked the one with the bathroom or not. It's just easier if they don't share the same name and same photo. The bathroom is modern, hope the hot water issue is fixed soon. Room with big space"
"Pleasantly suprised by the room, much better than I expected. Bathroom a smidge bigger than the student accommodation I stayed in in Edinburgh, and that small amount made a big difference. Appreciated the shampoo, shower gel and handwash in bathroom, good scent. Also liked that bathroom had a proper light switch that I turned off and on and didn't switch off when there hadn't been alot movement after a minute or two.
Bed was comfortable and clean. Appreciated the big shower towel provided....
"This hotel is ideally placed if you are visiting either football grounds.
The staff were aproachable, friendly and always had a smile.
Breakfast was good. The only downside was scrambled egg using powdered egg.
My room was clean and bright.

"The property is hidden away on a long tree lined country road. The owner was so kind - meeting us at the door and inquiring and chatting about our trip. The room and bathroom were huge - took advantage of a long soak in the huge tub - not many B & Bs offer this amenity. Tea, coffee, electric kettle and mugs are in the room. The bed was comfortable and the area was very quiet. Breakfast was included - served in a charming dining room with real cutlery and china. The food was very good -...
"Hotel was under renovation and their was a fault on the fire alarm panel both mornings which didn't make the stay feel all that safe with the major renovations going on. Their was no curtains over the window you could clearly see where the pole was taken out the extractor fan didn't work in the bathroom so the window was constantly open and didn't look like it could close. After the stay I recieved another bill from the hotel which km disputing through hotels.com as I had paid for the room...

"There were clear instructions emailed about a week before the stay, and once you arrive there is a folder including instructions about what to do when you leave. Everything was spotlessly clean, in good order, and working. We were at the top of the site which was quiet and had stunning views. There was a car space next to our front door.
Note that there isn't WiFi on site. This wasn't a problem for us and in the evening we enjoyed the selection of games and DVDs provided in the living room...
"När vi anlände så var det enkelt med nyckelhanteringen. Wifi:et funkade väldigt bra. Vad gäller området runt boendet så fanns det inte speciellt mycket i övrigt. Själva boendet var mycket bra med tre sovrum och tre badrum. Tillgången till parkering utanför var tillfredställande."
