"Perfect accommodation for a few nights stay. Family owned and run. Check in was easy and when we enquired if room had a walk in shower we were changed to a room that did. Very friendly, attentive staff. Clean towels each day. Great bar meals, smaller portions available. Wonderful Guinness😍 highly recommend."

"The property itself was a lovely upstairs room, generous in size and very close to the rail station with a direct line to Edinburgh. We had a two night stay and found the bed to be very comfortable. A generous soak bath tub is in the main bedroom. Little snacks were a pleasant gift. "Had a fantastic overnight stay, when we arrived our room that we booked wasn’t ready however we were upgraded to a Hotel suite with the only difference being we wouldn’t have a kitchenette. Check in process was easy, you have to pay £13.95 for parking at the hotel however we parked round the back where you only get 45mins however as it was a Saturday afternoon was able to park there overnight. We also got a complimentary token for an arrival drink as it was our anniversary which was a really nice touch from the reception staff. The room was nice and clean, comfortable and had all the amenities you needed including complimentary soft drinks, coffee facilities. Nice big walk in shower. Very close walking distance to Dundee City. Breakfast was okay, lots of food and variety however cooked breakfast was warm and ran out of hash browns, ordered fried egg however finished breakfast before it came, then they put out hash browns later. Muffins were nice and coffee was okay for a bean to cup machine. Would recommend to friends and family. "
