"What a GREAT hotel!! Our room was a suite with 2 tvs so hubby could get up & watch in the other room while I slept a little longer. We were given tickets for 1 free drink from the bar for each evening we were there and the free hot breakfast was very good!! The grounds were kept nicely, there was a fences dog run area, a couple of sitting areas with fires just outside the pool area in the evenings and the man at the front desk was SUPER helpful! I would DEFINITELY stay here again!!"

"Edgewater Inn is my favorite kind of value hotel. Though it is a bit dated, the hotel is always clean, the beds are comfortable, and the televisions have streaming services you can log into. It's also on the beach and walking distance to Pismo's pier and the shopping area, so we never have to drive. It is also very pet friendly. I recommend for anyone who enjoys value, proximity, and cleanliness of rooms!"

Distance to the beach, less than five minute walk. Comfort is top notch, well more than a “crash spot”. "I got super special service from the staff, especially Juan. The location right at the ocean very close to Pismo Pier is extraordinary. You can walk down stairs to the beach through the adjoining motel (Sea Crest), under the same ownership."
