"There was no one at the front desk when we arrived. Waited almost 20 minutes before someone showed up. When we got in the room there was 2 towels and one washcloth. Attempted to get more the day, the front desk was locked down with a giant metal roll down. 2 days no luck. On 3rd day someone was there and informed us no extra towels were allowed. That we could wash what we had at the laundromat. They wouldnt even give us another roll of toilet paper! And there was less than a half roll when we checked in We picked this place because it had a kitchen, but there were NO plates, utensils, pots, pans, etc that you would normally see in a place with a kitchen. The wi fi went out constantly so doing computer work or even watching TV was impossible."
