"Can't beat if for the price. Staff was very cheerful, clean and quiet inside. I had a room facing the street and there was some traffic noise when trying to sleep but not bad. Breakfast was basic but good. Location excellent, it was a luxury to park and the hotel and walk to the down town area of shops where parking is bad. Highly recommend for a stay in Ashland"

"We did a park and fly night on 10/19/26. I was told by the staff at check in that I would have to book a night seperately when we come back on 10/29/26. I told him that I thought I did. He stated that we did not. I booked the 10/29/26 night when we were on our trip a few days after. When we got to the hotel and paid the next moring, I was told that we had two bookings for that night and one was labeled a "NO SHOW" and I would have to pay for it. I explained that the clerk on the 19th told us we...

"Great stay!"

"Three Front desk personnel encountered. Two could have cared less, both female, and one, male, was very pleasant. My room was serviced once in five nights stay…and I had to ask for that! Towels, lotion, shower gel, coffee, and sugar were requested, never provided! Housekeeping needs revising and entire staff needs HOSPITALITY TRAINING!"

"First of all, the front desk staff was wonderful and extremely helpful, and my room was very clean. That said, I was surprised by the extremely poor quality of the room itself. Its decor was dark and gloomy throughout; inner curtains had gaping holes in them; paper cups were provided instead of glasses; the pillows could not have been cheaper or more uncomfortable - very thick and firm, filled with what felt like styrofoam pellets. (Thank God I had a down sweater to use instead!) And the shiny...

"Nice over night stay, clean."

"Comfort Inn was an economical place to stay. The staff was amazing. The night clerk came and fixed our TV, which I had messed up very quickly. The pool and hot tub was up and working and fun to enjoy. The hotel needed some maintenance work done . Paint was peeling off the walls and ceilings but it was clean. The breakfast was great . It is in a good location also."

"Conveniently located, clean, breakfast was decent. Would stay here again"
