"Very nice place"

"Clean, nice and peaceful Hotel. Wonderful view, great hospatality and very polite staff "

"I cannot say enough about this place. Beautiful, comfortable, relaxing and the kindest hosts we have ever met. They went out of their way to make sure we were looked after, had good restaurant recommendations, and so on. This is an authentic and unprentious place, full of love and warmth and charm and ease. We just loved it."

"The hotel staff was very kind"

"The location is nice, but we were disappointed. Contrary to what we expected and what was mentioned, there was no free wifi (there was no wifi at all!), the parking was 1.3 km away and this was not a hotel but a series of appartements. The one we got was not the one we rented! And at the end, it was extremely overpriced for what we got. To be avoided!"

"Très bon restaurant et hôtel très bien "

"Excellent "

"Room # 4 was clean, quiet if a little on the “seen better days” side. Accommodation near Lake Orta is expensive. The nightly rate charged by Madonna della Neve takes advantage of this fact. The free buffet breakfast was satisfactory (nice scrambled eggs/omelet). We ate in the restaurant one evening. The food was unremarkable, rustic. The hotels.com website describes the hotel as being 1 minute from Lake Orta in Pettanesco. This is incorrect. It is 10-15 minutes away from the lake up a narrow,...

"Would return in a heartbeat! Hotel was superb. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfasts excellent and a short stroll into the town / harbour."
