"Staff were friendly and helpful., it was a comfortable stay, great to have free parking, cleaning needs more attention to detail"

"Staff where awesome very helpful and kol to chat with. Sadly a group came in and they messed up the bathroom and showers up stairs. It was very stressful for the staff and other guests. The children where noisy and the group guests ip all night and morning they where very noisy. But the venue was kol and the Staff where awesome. I still recommend the venue to stay at"

"Grear location, excellent facilities, playground and rude-ins for the kids, friendly atmosphere"

"nice spot central friendly staff would recommend"

"Our stay was quite unsettling. At around midnight, someone unlocked and opened our motel room door while we were asleep. This gave us an enormous fright and left us feeling very uncomfortable and unsafe. We have no idea why someone was entering our room at that time, and the incident completely disrupted our sleep. It was a very strange and concerning experience, and certainly not something you expect when staying at a motel. Overall, it left us with a rather unpleasant impression of our stay."

"Walking distance to Tranzalpine railway was huge as we did the scenic plus on the way back and could enjoy the paired wines. Comfortable apartment no problems at all and would stay there again. "

"Very clean room with space and comfort for an overnight stay for two. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the room rate was such good value for money that I would recommend for those on a budget. Parking was tight but at least its off street..Great location being so close to shopping and Hagley Park."

"Great location. Clean room"

"It was clean and tidy. Beds are very comfortable."

"Great overnight stay again though the heatpump was noisy and struggled with the winter temperatures. A blind over the kitchen window would be a great addition. Great location to experience the New Brighton Pier & hot pools"

"Staff really friendly and nice. Had a few issues with room but upon talking to staff they fixed 99% of the issues we had one issue isn't a quick fix so understanding with that close to shops and we had a trailer which the motel had plenty of space and the staff was accommodating with it. I struggled to give it a 5 star but 3 to 4 star. Over all nice cozy rooms for families"

"The hotel location is fine, but anywhere in Christchurch city will be close to everything there. I stayed in a 'club room' which was very ordinary and in need of some improvement. Worst of all was the club lounge - terrible location and atmosphere, and a complete waste of money unless you're there only for the free evening drinks. The evening canapes were so ordinary and almost exactly the same every evening. The club floor breakfast was ridiculous - cereal, dried fruit, salami, cold ham and...
