"This is a nice hotel, especially for the price. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful, always greeted us with smile. Our room was nicely appointed, clean and quiet. The free breakfast selection was fantastic, too. We loved our stay and are switching to the Lux Verde from where we used to stay in Cottonwood when we visit the area."

"We got the king suite, it was very nice and clean. We had no issues at all. Breakfast was delicious and had a decent selection. The shower is amazing/huge/get sooo hot and I love the shampoo, conditioner, & body wash set up. If we’re ever in this area, we’re coming back to this hotel 100% Recommended to stay here."

"Double queen bed room met expectations. Included fridge and microwave in room, fridge was initially not plugged in and required furniture movement to resolve. Staff regarding this issue was very prompt and wonderful to deal with. Toiletries provided were poor quality (brittle handsoap that broke into little pieces and made usage difficult). Breakfast options required a bit of hunting to locate milk or yogurt in the fridge not prominently displayed. "

"This motel is an older -say 1950’s- type place that has been well maintained. The place was clean and the mattress was superb — as I needed a good night’s sleep! The Lady during checkin was pleasant and efficient. It’s located in an area with plenty of restaurants and other touristy places - being on historic Route 66!!!!"

It was definately worth it to drive the extra 24 minutes for a nicer, cleaner room with a bigger, more comfortable bed and TV, a mini fridge and microwave for the same price as Grand Canyon Caverns In. There is also lots of food options nearby, including Road Kill Cafe."

"Nice, well kept older motel in the center of town. Its a short walk to a couple of restaurants, and we dined at the Road Kill Cafe and OK Bar. They have good American-style casual food in a very interesting Old West atmosphere."
