Cheap price i guess, but sitter wasn't working properly, bathroom door doesn't even close, no screen in window so all the bugs and dust come blowing in. Everything technically works. They left plenty of supplies and amenities. WiFi was decent. Some nice decorations.

The carpet and walls were very dirty. It‘s right next to railroad tracks, with trains going by every 30 minutes. Very little effort around the grounds to make it attractive.

Stagecoach 66 Inn, Seligman AZ

The room and bedding was so dirty and since the heater didn’t work, there was a space heater in the room. We left after 5 minutes and requested a refund.

It was absolutely filthy. Black mold in the toilet and used soap on the sink. The parking lot is a mud hole. I actually can’t believe I booked this hotel through Expedia!! It was terrible.

Property in disrepair. Everything needs updating. We inspected the room and area. We refused to check in. The lady at the front desk was not friendly and didn’t care at all. Would not recommend this motel. Many transients were living there.

The hotel was very outdated. Carpet was dirty and beds needed to be replaced. Staff was very kind. Light bulbs were unscrewed and fridge was unplugged. Did not get cold when plugged in

Too many nice motels to stay here

The room was not cleaned when we checked in. The desk person said they were busy the night before with a group of motorcyclists and didn't have time to clean all the rooms. When we asked our options, the desk clerk offered to give us our money back so we could go somewhere else, or call management the next day for a discount or refund. I did call the next day and never received any discount

It would have been okay if it hadn't been dirty. Bathtub had hair and footprints in it. Dead flies on the windowsill. Pieces of paper left over from previous tenants, and an old used bar of soap in the bathroom sink. At least the towels and bedding seemed clean.The mini fridge did work and it had a microwave. The girl at the front desk was accommodating and pleasant.

Room was small with old stained carpets as expected. Chair looked like it was picked out of a dump. Bad corrosion on sink and tub. But the terrible rating is because there was hair in the shower drain and shavings on the sink. It had not been cleaned at all.

The room was a complete disaster. We booked a themed room and got the Cars room. At first glance it was quite nice but we shouldn't have looked closer. There was still coffee from the previous guest in the pot. The bedsheets were covered in stains. The bathroom was moldy. Just disgusting. We checked out straight away. Our complaint was acknowledged with a simple "OK". I'm curious to see if the refund will work.

Extension cords everywhere since plugs don’t work, no gfi for bathroom plugs and let’s talk about the plumbing. We stayed on 4/27 for one night and stayed in room 105. Everyone who stayed in the rooms next to us when they showered or flushed the toilet it would back up into our shower. Including our toilet when flushed would also back up into the shower. We woke up to the worst sewage smell. My dad stayed in 104 and his shower wouldn’t drain and when it finally did sewage came back up into the drain. When addressed with the front office she already knew what rooms were having trouble. She said she would have the owners reach out but still not a peep. She also said she would suggest to them a full refund for both rooms. The county health inspector and code enforcement needs to pay them a visit ASAP. I even have a video of the sewage back up for proof. I highly do not recommend this hotel for anyone. If you are the owners reading this then you need to contact me ASAP and resolve this issue.

Run don't walk away from this motel

I am sorry to have to give this motel such a bad rating.From the moment we walked into the unattended office and had to go next door the pizza place to check in and get keys,things didn't look good and just got worse. The place is so rundown.I reserved the "deluxe" room with a queen bed that looked nice.Instead we got a dingy looking room with awful decor and a full size bed.Which was old and uncomfortable. Next we needed to look at the heating because it was a chilly,windy day.We looked 2 heaters that were on the wall. Both broken instead there was a rolling heater in the corner.The door kept blowing open,it wouldn't catch until we slammed it. Carpet had not been vacuumed in a while, bath mat next to bathtub and throw rug of some kind looked just as bad. I turned down the bed to examine the sheets,there were streaks of black all over them. When we told their maintenance man he said it was due to a bad ball bearing in the dryer and handed my boyfriend another set of sheets. The bottom of the shower curtain was full of mold, mineral stains and deposits on faucet and tub walls, coffee maker didn't work properly.Tv kept buffering, maintenance came and said he had to move one of the routers from another room closer so we could get signal and gave me the password to set it up my self.By the way,it still didn't work right Worst experience that I have ever had in a motel. I have requested a full refund and I am waiting to hear back.Wish me luck
