"Strange share house kind of arrangement. When we arrived someone seemed to be cooking in the kitchen which was very cluttered. The towels were oversized hand towels we found in the wardrobe. There were a pair of thongs under the small desk and a tshirt in the draw. The bed was very soft."

"Overall if you are a dirtbag climber and just in sheffield for a quick trip this place totally gets the job done. Our biggest issues were that there was no shower curtain so the bathroom flooded when anyone showered, none of the bathrooms had soap, and overall just super limited amenities. Also the trash out front was absolutely overflowing and was all over the yard. Honestly would stay again in a pinch, just would come with lower expectations."

"Communication with the owners was difficult as they failed to respond to messages promptly in regards to booking a parking space at an additional cost, and the instructions to access the parking were very late in arriving and had to be chased up several times. On arrival, trying to find the correct lock box was a nightmare with so many lock boxes, at least 3 were labelled the same but thankfully we eventually got the apartment keys and the remote for the car park barrier. "Property generally needs refurbishing, good cleaning and repairs. Its tired and very basic in contrast to adjoining pub. You pay for what you get. Suited for an overnight stay for a wedding but no longer. No service as such....but clean towels, fridge and kettle. Take your own milk and plan breakfast locally..10 minute drive to Retford. "

"Really poor communication - had to chase for confirmation which was still not received until the day of check in. Building is dirty and the vent from the bathroom ducts from the waste disposal area so the entire room had a terrible smell."
