"Great location near the plaza and many stores/restaurants. Everything works except for in room safe. No electric kettle even though I requested it. Good grocery store and coffee shop only steps away. Located in historic area and building. Big triple room and quiet setting and nice lounge on second floor. AC works well. I recommend this place and will stay there again. Richard from Canada."
"The room was centrally located near Plaza Campio and clean and comfortable. The only issue was carrying my 50lb suitcase up multiple flights of stairs to the top level. The host at the front desk was kind enough to help me bring down my luggage when I checked out."
"Great location. Modern, updated rooms. To be sure, this is a small, limited service hotel. Staff is friendly, location is great, comfy bed, modern (small) bathroom. It worked great for us."
"We had an absolutely wonderful time staying here. Our kids had fun on their playground and my wife and I enjoyed the views, the hospitality. And the entire experience. The food was outstanding. "
"A remote place Wise does not see the location through unpaved paved dirt path is difficult to get, beautiful place neat apartment no heating host very nice,"
"We really enjoyed our peaceful downtime at Spannocchia. If you’re looking for a beautiful rural retreat to really experience “Tuscany” this is it. Make sure you have dinner there at least one night. "
"We stayed here from June 17- 20 in 2019. Loved it! We stayed in one of the apartments w/kitchen and it was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 teens. The property is set on beautiful, well kept grounds, and we had constant breeze coming into our apartment so days and nights were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! There was a michelin star restaurant walking distance from the property, but unfortunately, it was reserved for a wedding party the few days that we were there, so we weren't...
"It was old, but we had trouble getting in, no elevator ( which we knew), the room was unbelievably small, the beds were broken down (deflated), from people sitting on the sides. I had to use a blanket rolled up to support my back enough to sleep. Shower didn’t work—sprayed all over, etc."
