"We arrived to find the establishment in total disrepair and deserted. We found a phone number on a black board to call and were informed that despite our confirmed and paid booking, the shalets were not in operation. We were forced to leave and find alternative accommodation. Do not book for this establishment until it is confirmed revamped and properly managed."
