"This is just false advertising. - The description says it has a restaurant. It does not. - A microwave and fridge in the room? No, it does not. Also not in the shared kitchen. - About the shared kitchen, it is still under construction. You cannot use it. - The room is very small. Has no furniture, except for a bed , a night stand and a small table. - A bar is advertised, but there is none. - I don't think there is any cleaning service. - There is a swimming pool, without water. "Bereits an der Hauptstraße B300 gibt es eine Beschilderung zur Lodge. Die ca. 70 km lange Anfahrt erfolgt über eine Sandpiste, die nur mit einem Allradfahrzeug zu bewältigen ist. Die Begrüßung war sehr persönlich und das Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die angebotenen Aktivitäten wurden sehr individuell durchgeführt. Die Ausstattung des Luxuszeltes war hervorragend. Alles super sauber. Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Alle Getränke auch tagsüber waren inklusiv."

"Manager Kobus and owner Hennie made a personal commitment to our comfort and satisfaction. Dedicated and friendly staff contributed to the most awesome few days of our amazing trip to Africa. "Conveniently located off the main highway and a very attractive alternative to Khama Rhino Sanctuary with comfortable accommodation for the overnight stop. Beds could be more comfortable but otherwise hard to fault."

"Gweta Lodge was a perfect break point in our journey, we stayed two nights. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We had a lovely village walk one morning, and then enjoyed the evening drive to the pans visiting the Bushmen and the meerkats on the way. The facilities are good enough to make you feel relaxed and at home. We had a lovely time."

"Rooms clean and comfortable. A little attention to detail,by the management will make the good. Management forgot to send food from Gabs so staff had nothing to srve in restaurant. Staff need to be empowered to sort out basics like this. You will note by now, that staff try but failure lies at the owners door. Swimming is dry as water gets pumped for miles to the area. Make pool smaller and it might be feasible to fill. The overall place needs maintenance and care as its a bit run down. "
