1) Towel of the precedent was displaced on the corridor to ny room. Nobody did any warship in the pantry and bathroom.
2) I had requested for the login and password of the WiFi for several times but the unhelpful female staff in the reception of the office insisted to offer any assistance. Then I asked her if there was any pillow case provided. The female staff replied that pillow case should be bought but is...
