There were a few issues like slow drainage in the shared bathroom and the ac in my room towards the end needed the filter changed, but if I had any issues the staff addressed it. I didn't think the place was hard to find; there are 2 entrances, one after back street and the other on a busy main street; if you have a car you'd most like have to park in the back street. "The best thing about this property is the proximity to public transit. However, the city center is known to be filled with pick pockets and hustlers. Knowing this, we purchased pepper spray and purposely divided our money for safety. We never expected to be robbed by hotel staff which is exactly what happened. $180 Euro was taken while we were out for the day and the room was cleaned. Bags were moved and zipper placements were changed so we know each bag was searched. Very disappointed by hotel...
