"For the price this hotel provided great value. Full bottles of soap and shampoo which is nice to use and environmentally responsible. Great kitchen with a real fridge and stove. Our room was close to the road which was a bit noisy. I suspect the lake view rooms are quieter. Breakfast was pretty typical (yogurt, cereal , toast) with a couple of nice touches including Starbucks coffee (fresh) and Tim Hortons muffins. Friendly staff. A short walk across the bridge to downtown. "

"We were lost in Northern Washington, having driven to a remote border crossing that closed early and not being able to rely on our gps. We called this hotel, several hours away, and spoke with Manpreet, at the front desk. She looked up directions online and talked us through. We didnt see a soul on the road for about an hour, but she guided us to the nearest town and got us on course to Osoyoos. Then she waited up until we arrived, and introduced us to her night shift relief before taking off...

"Super clean and friendly, my only advice to them is to be clearer on the $200 damage deposit they put to your credit card. They need to reverse it immediately after checking room as one of our group had it sitting on his credit card for too long, concerning."

"The front desk is only open until 10:30pm, so for late drivers, I would call ahead or plan your trip around getting in earlier. The gentleman working the front desk was so helpful and kind. Area around the property is mediocre. There’s a motel across the street that is getting demolished so it’s a bit of an eye sore. "I liked that there was a small but well-equpped kitchenette. There could have been some simple instruction for operating the TV but I finally figured it out. Not a high-end accommodation but certainly adequate. Very helpful staff. Easy to find too."

"Was a nice location and very good for long and short term stay. Would have been nice to have a EV Charger on site as we came in from Chilliwack with 20% charge and wanted to visit some local businesses the next day. Instead we utilized the municipal chargers and walked the community."

"It is quite nice to stay in a historic building and the pub food below is also very enjoyable. The bar staff check you into your room, but are not fully equipped to do so. The hotel manager tries to insist on cash payments, which is not feasible when travelling with a credit card."
