"I had a very positive experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. My room was exceptionally clean, and it was clear that cleanliness is a priority throughout the entire property. The hotel itself was well-maintained and spotless in all common areas. "I booked two separate rooms and both rooms were unclean and unsanitary. There were stains on the bed sheets and comforters, hair in the bathtub as well as hair on unused washcloths. There were stains other room I booked had bodily fluid on the curtain, dirt and hair in the bathtub in addition to dirt on a room divider that separated the bed from the couch. "Booked online. Got to the property at midnight and tired. Tv wouldn’t work, drawers to dresser obviously broken and crooked. Bed was lopsided and almost flipped when the other person got up.
