"Misleading listing. Booked a 2-bedroom apartment, received a 1-bedroom studio. Check-in was 3:00 PM but access wasn’t given until 4:00 PM. The property was dirty, communication was poor, and the bed sheets looked used. We were also charged a $100 key deposit, which was returned 20 days after checkout. Completely unacceptable. Would not recommend."

"Accomodation great. No communication and unhelpful number to ring effected our ability to gain access. We dont stress too much but this would affect many other travellers. "
