"Good service. Great variety on breakfast. Room was upgraded and I love it but the ceiling on the bathroom was fallen down and it was scary."

"Staff should be well trained at the front desk. I was given a wifi password written on a piece of red card upon checkin i couldn't read at all neither the other reception staff so blur. TV signaling was bad too. "

"The building looks a bit run-down, but the room itself was very nice and clean. There is a major road with lots of traffic in front of the hotel but my room faced the back of the building so it wasn't noisy at all. The area around the hotel is not the fanciest part of town, but there is a mall nearby with plenty of food options and a nice lakeside park relatively close as well."

"It is not in the center and lacks customer service, it is not easy to get a taxi"
