I will definitely stay here again if I’m back in Florence. The place is very nice, clean and the staff is great! The sites are all within walking distance.

Renovated hotel, extremely clean, comfy queen and single beds. Easy access to the terminal. No regrets! The reception is on the hotel in front of the Fiume, but the lady was quickly. We kept our luggage on the storage room after checkout. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a simple but still comfortable place.

Andrew and Paola are so amazing and accommodating. They informed us how to get to the residence, gave us extra duvets when we were a little cold, were very on top of cleaning and COVID protocol, and were very informative. They communicate quickly and informed us very soon after we left about an item left behind, and helped us call a taxi back to airport as we do not speak Italian and needed a very early morning ride. Affordable and walking distance to points of interest

We arrive later than 8pm. Since this is a resident hotel, we need to keep in touch with the hotel to have somebody open the door for us. No big deal though. The building and room looks aged by actually quite cozy. We had the suite one but there is value for price. We face the river and the surroundings is quiet. If you don’t lock the windows, the street starts get busy around 8am. We needed to leave at 6am and the hotel helped us call a taxi (bus in Florence is not trivial). EXCELLENT service!...

This property is located just one minute away from Ponte Vecchio and all city main attractions! The building is just magical, the apartments are very cozy ;) I liked very much the design and style of the furniture. It is fully equipped with Kitchens and bathroom. Totally in love with this place!

Good bnb for Florence with quiet location easily accessible to tour points. The actual hotel is up 3 flights of stairs...we didn’t know that in Italy ground floor is 0, not 1. So if you see "second floor" its actually 3. Totally fine for us but maybe not great if you have tons of luggage or are elderly. We enjoyed our stay and had no problems at all with the lodging.

Loved the apartment, excellent for four people, had two bathrooms, loved the area, wakable and many dinning options. The downside is wha had the top apartment 4th floor,,has no elevator. But overall, great experience.

Staff very good ! Good ! clean room

Gorgeous place and quiet sanctuary right in the middle of a busy, hectic city. No street noise in the rooms. every single staff member was delightfully helpful. If I was forced to complain about something,.. I would say that the lobby restaurant was hired out for private evets multiple nights so hotel guests had no ability to access that amenity.

Nico was an excellent host!! He was very attentive to our needs and had great recommendations for restaurants. He also sat down with us when we arrived and showed us places to visit on a map and modes of transportation. The room was perfect! Great hospitality!
