"As the ad says, it's an unobstructed 50 feet to the beach, 50 feet also to Lava Lava bar & restaurant. A few shops and restaurants on the Aston property, and across the parking lot is Coconut Marketplace with more restaurants and shops. I recommend Kapaa/Wailua for location: lots to do here and equidistant to north and south shores."

"We really enjoyed our stay, right on the bike path and so close to grocery store and restaurants. The waves of the ocean the Sunrise and the Condo was clean and well maintained too. We used to live on Kauai, so we knew exactly where we wanted to stay. This place was perfect for us as we could walk anywhere, we wanted to or drive if we wanted to. The Pool and Hot tub were nice too."
