"I got an email the day before my check in, that the property will not be ready and an alternative accommodation, which I was not interested in. I asked for a refund so i could make a new reservation. They responded that they will try to fix the problem and let me know by the day of the reservation, which made me uncomfortable. And the day of the reservation I was advised that the problem was fixed, however the apartment was not available to check in until after 5pm, as the cleaners were there....

"The worst check in experience, lying and saying they didn’t have a confirmation of the booking which I had all the receipts and emails to prove it . Secondly check in is at 3pm on the reservation but didn’t get aloud in till 8:30 9pm . Then losing power twice had to keep flicking the breaker on and off . Scenery and view and everything was beautiful tho but no first time experience to Jamaica started off bad because of the check in "
