"There are ants like crazy, I’m not sure if it was all rooms or just fine, you do get what you pay for though, the mirror was broken and shower looked quite stained, a good scrub moat definitely could’ve fixed it. Bedding was questionable, and had a few stains that looks suspect, but it wasn’t anything I was gonna throw a fit over, staff is okay, they got a different room for friends who had ants, but it was a downgrade and didn’t exactly look extremely prepped."

"The staff were very friendly , helpful and so pleasant to deal with. The room was perfect for our stay, and the coffee in the lobby was always hot and fresh day or night. Hotel Zed will be our "go to" whenever we're in Kelowna."

"The rooms are small and building entrance was not clean. Our room fridge n freezer was not working and front desk staff tried to charge us extra to switch us to a room with working fridge n freezer. After checking 2 different rooms with all no minibar working, the staff upgraded us to bigger room sounding like it was our fault that their amenities doesn't work. They had beautiful pool open till 10pm. Location is nice."
