"Overall, the property was clean and tidy, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was decent. However, one of the rooms had no working shower and despite reporting it first thing in the morning, it still wasn’t repaired when my dad returned. They did offer to move him to another room, but it was late and he just wanted to get to bed. Also, the beds were really uncomfortable and the pillows were so thin, I had to use all 4 of them. "Lets start from the entrance, the door broken. The person at the reception was ok, i must admit. The room? A disaster!! Old floor carpet not clean. The shower old and with signs of wear. The toilet was shaking. The door of the shower room broken. The ceiling had cracks and i woke up in the night as water was dripping from them.. It was a nightmare. Early morning i went to the reception, the person there (a different one) all he could say was that he was sorry.. We left... NEVER NEVER...

"Nice hostel - clean and well presented - in an excellent location. The facilities are basic but excellent value for money. I will be very happy to use this hostel again."

"We booked this to stay months ago for my daughter’s graduation. Arrived at approximately 6:45pm with no one on the reception and no contact. Phoned the shared number and no answer so text to receive a response that they are not responsible for the property and to delete the number. Did not stay as had no access and had to search for last minute accommodation instead. Do not book as not what it is sold to be. Now waiting for the refund."

"The hotel was closed; however, it was still selling rooms! We stayed outside in the middle of the night!"

"Friendly and good time"
