"Room was good if you it’s just you and you don’t plan on doing anything but sleep. Front desk was helpful and room was clean. Space and s very small so be wary. Felt very face as they lock the door after 8 and need a room key to get back in. Perfect location right by two main tram stations. Would definitely stay again. "

"Room was in good condition, loads of steep stairs but the building is 400+ years old. Great location, friendly staff. Shower was abit hit and miss other than that, great place to stay. "

"The staff was really helpful and friendly. The room was small but cozy and the sheets were clean. The location was nice. The building was older but it is as expected and added to the atmosphere of the location. Super convenient to the food, museum area and the metro is also close by. And of course the cute cat! "

"The staff and our stay at De Bedstee was absolutely wonderful! Our check in and check out were both easy and smooth, room was spotless and bathrooms as well. If we are ever back in Amsterdam we will definitely be staying here again! We got breakfast at the hotel on one of the days and loved the selection and drank a delicious latte! We even met some of the local cats just around the block which made our stay even more magical. Thank you so much, we can't wait to come back! "

"Easy to find. Very friendly staff with a smile. Very steep staircase in old building, but lift to take bags up and down. Family room was clean and well equipped with large bath and shower. Perfect location to explore the city easily on foot and also tram links. We thoroughly enjoyed the local Sandwich bar and De Italiaan one block away. Lidl also very close."
