"Viktor was welcoming & so very helpful. The location is walking distance to everything fun, like the World of Glass Museum & the Transportation museum. And not far from lovely strolls along the canal. Stellar place to stay. The room had a microwave, an electric kettle and a clothes stand to hang my clothes. Also one large chest of drawers as well as a small chest of drawers and a lovely mirror. Well recommended!"

"The only issue we’ve experienced about our stay was the cleanliness issues. The whole place could do with a deep deep clean and small touch ups. I believe no matter how much money you pay, you should be able to stay in a clean environment. Apart from the cleanliness, our stay was great. The staff was great and helpful. Fridge was a fantastic bonus. We haven’t used other facilities like dining room etc but I know that was available. No safety on the windows, my son is 5 so he knew not to go near...

"Overall terrible experience. The room was dirty specifically the bed and bathroom. A lot of hair, stains on sheets and other debris on blankets. How does the cleaning staff not catch that while making the bed. Also bathroom wasn’t clean either. Looks like they just added toilet paper and called it good. Sink and toilet weren’t even cleaned. Towels smelled terrible, seems like they didn’t wash them with detergent. Overall terrible experience, and would not recommend to anyone else. "
