"Clean room, great breakfast, great parking 👌"

"Our room was large and spacious. Everything was clean, bed was comfy, breakfast was good. Toilet did make a noise on and off all night. Overall good stay!"

"Honestly, we were extremely happy to see signage on the counter regarding a non-smoking facility. They take it seriously and the place smelled great! Also no pet policy keeps this property in tiptop shape. Very clean everything worked…and without over that amazing view on the benches provided was the frosting on the cake! Very reasonably priced! Nice job"

"Smallest bathroom I have seen in a hotel. Breakfast was very, very lean. Only had yogurt and cereal, not one thing warm."

"Great location and well taken care of property. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is really good with wonderful kitchen staff!"

"The hotel has been updated and the lobby looked inviting. Much of the carpeting in the hallway looked as if there was black streaks of tar. Perhaps from workers who come in after their shift is over. Our bathroom floor was dirty and had long black hair on it, we had to clean it. The beds must have not been replaced after the remodel because they sank in the middle. For being a refurbished hotel, it’s not being taken care of well."

"The coffee was very good. The room was clean. Like others have mentioned the noise in the hallways can be a little loud (doors and voices) in the morning. They are pet friendly and we could hear a dog from another room. Overall it was a good place to sleep while visiting relatives in the area."

"Great little hotel. Clean rooms with a very comfortable mattress and extra pillows. The staff/owners are friendly and accommodating."

"Staff insists the bed upstairs in the Dogwood suite is a queen but it is smaller than a standard queen for sure. Be aware!!"

"It is what it says it is. Budget Inn. My room was clean and comfortable. Only downside? No coffee maker. Otherwise no complaints!"

"Change the sheets on the bed."

"Very reasonable price and pet fee. Mostly clean (except for the stained couch) but dated and somewhat run down property. Evening front desk said they were going to renovate soon. Quiet. Fine for one overnight."

"I will never stay there again."

"Very old building, ice machine in an insecure space."

"The room was OK. Beds were clean, but not comfortable. The room was clean but the bathroom could've have used some extra cleaning. Staff was super friendly and helpful too. Overall, not a bad place to stay. The other hotel cancelled our reservation, so Quality Inn saved the day for us."
