I inadvertently made the booking when searching for Jasper Canada. I cancelled the booking within 10 minutes when entering the address in my diary and realising I had booked the USA. No refund do what a poor response. Told hotel makes the decision, just hope they get the money

It was ok if you are just looking for a place to sleep for the night. Kind of smelled but nothing too terrible. Bed was comfortable enough. We only started long enough to get a good nap in before hitting the road again. Wouldn't stay for anything more than that.

The staff got a 4 star because of limited English. The hotel itself was very clean, quiet, and well mainted. It was very easy for my ladies and I to enjoy a peaceful weekend and get solid rest after a long week of work. I thank them for their hospitality.

Traveling to play softball tournament in Ellijay. We chose this hotel for price and location. Both were a plus. Staff was having issues with the language barrier upon checking in. Also they don’t offer any type of breakfast at this hotel, so plan accordingly.

I stayed here because the reviews were so high. It turns out the people giving those reviews must have done so because they got paid or just don't travel much. The property isn't bad...but it was not as advertised. The bed and pillows were worn...the sheets and pillow cases were supposed to be white but were not. The furniture was dated.

Very polite staff, and probably the easiest check in ever! Room was clean and was in process of being updated. Only downside was the bed was not the most comfortable. But would still book this property again! Thank you for everything!

We were attending a concert at Rocco’s Pub. This place was nearby and convenient. The price was good, $110, and staff was friendly. However. the bed was not good. The box spring had stains, there were burn holes and hair on the blanket. The bedspread did not look clean. We will not be back.

The hotel was somewhat clean, but I found a used razor cartridge on the counter. The beds and sheets were clean. The listing said pool, but it was closed. The TV was small and the walls seem thin because I could hear the neighborns. The lobby was not inviting at all. Maybe my standards little high so if you’re picky, don’t choose this location.

The smell of weed will knock you on your ass upon entering a room, parking lot is so tiny you can barely get into a parking space without almost hitting another car, sheets and pillows were so gross they looked as if they hadn’t been washed in about 10 years, we had to go in and disinfect and clean our entire room to be able to stay in it because it was so dirty when we got there. Ridiculous

The hotel was not what I expected. The bed was comfortable. The tub was dirty. there was nothing special about it. If you want just a comfortable bed, it would be a good place to stay. I was not at all impressed about the look of the place. It looks like it was a old hotel which they tried to update and they did not do a good job of it. I would not stay there again.

Our room was filthy! Blood on the sheets, someone's old cup in the fridge, paint flicking off the ceiling, stains on the side of the mattress, the tray where they put toiletries had gunk all over it. I almost slept in our vehicle. This is the only place that had an open room and now I know why.

Friendly checkin although kind of a pain in that I had to fill out a bunch of information on a form. Not what I expected for the price. Hotel is run down and very outdated. Bed was a biohazard and not comfortable, basically worn out.

Front desk guy was nice although the desk hours are minimal. The lights in our room rivaled that of an interrogation room - very bright, stark, and hard on the eyes. The sheets were quite stained. They went in the room despite the DND sign on the door. It was very quiet but we may have been the only ones there...
