"Visited with some girlfriends and had a great time! The house was even more stunning than the pictures, it was hard to leave! the house was super well stocked with anything we could ever need. "

"Could not have asked for much more with this property. The unit was beautiful, well taken care of, and easy to access (though a map somewhere would have been helpful). The shared, but spacious patio was a great benefit, as was the common area with well stocked kitchen and lounge area. The location was also great - road traffic was minimal so it felt secluded and natural, while being literally 2 minutes from the center of Oak Creek. Would/will definitely stay again!"

"It’s clean and the location is great but when is the last time someone went on site? Lock was missing its cover. Fireplace didn’t work at all. Barely any towels given. It was overall really disappointing. Would not recommend it for the cost. I’d rather just get a hotel room "

"Very nice condo. I would have liked a second hair dryer in the second bathroom. Also it would have been nice to have a few extras like coffee and tea bags The tv was a very small flat screen Otherwise it was very nice and we would stay there again. "

"Beautiful view at a great spot with a view of Bell mountain and steps from many interconnecting trails. Ideal site. Condo was clean yet had several issues - ie. one shower didn’t work, microwave screeched, some repairs needed. "

"This accommodation truly met our needs for a short visit to Sedona to visit friends. We like the security of a gated community. Plus, it’s within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, & grocery store. The condo was very clean & neat. Appliances were new. The owner/manager was available to answer our question. We really appreciated his efforts in fixing the front door lock."

"Nice little stay out of the prime business of Sedona. Clean, comfy king bed, cute pool area. My only complaint is there is a different couch than pictured. I specifically chose this place because it had a sectional, and wanted enough seating space for the 4 adults in our group. We arrive, and there is a small 3 seater couch that only really fit two people comfortably. "

"The place was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Close to shopping and easy access to the main highway. Enjoyed the pool and the hot tub came in handy after a long day of hiking. Highly recommend this VRBO."

"The property management company is terrible. They send me a rental agreement to sign 3 times. It was the exact same rental agreement. They quoted me 3 different pet fees but charged me a completely different price than the first 3 prices they emailed me. They require a damage deposit through SuperHog which is not stated in the listing and that was twice the price I paid for a short 2 night stay. Then they kept saying they sent me check-in instructions even though they hadn’t. All my grievances...
