"Das Einzelzimmer hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr sauber. Es gab sogar einen Föhn. Die Küche ist groß und es gibt genug Stauraum im Kühlschrank. Der Pool auf der Dachterrasse ist ein absolutes Highlight. Die Lage ist auch super - man kann die Stadt zu Fuß erreichen."

"Owner is so horrible for no reason, she needs to go learn some customer service skills, manners and basic respect. Have no clue what makes her thinks she can talk to people this way"

"The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned, with dirty carpets, stains on the lounge, mould and old soap in the bathroom, and rubbish/stuff under the couch. Both bathroom doors didn’t lock, a window latch was broken, the dryer didn’t work, requested drying rack never got a response. No cups or mugs in the apartment. We requested a partial refund due to the issues, but this was declined. Wouldn’t stay here again."

"Wonderful location - walked to everything we wanted to see. Super clean and secure."

"Staff were fine."

Each morning the staff would pickup rubbish and empty bottles and cans. Yes, the hostal have rubbish and recycling bins easily accessible, yet some guests failed to use them"

"HORRIBLE!!! Do not book!!!! Never in my life experienced such a terrible situation. Made a booking on the day I needed the stay. Arrived a 9 ish to check in and was told by the owner Sam that he did not have my booking and did not want to see my confirmation email (plus one asking about how my check in was?) and said that he only gets the information from hotels.com 24 hours after the booking is made on their website, so I could not use my booking and that he was fully booked. He told me to call...
