"We were given room 118 and it was very musty and moldy smelling when we entered the room. We turned on the air conditioner to try to refresh the room and it didn’t help. My granddaughter started wheezing and had an asthma attack. We told the receptionist that the room was not good and how it smelled and that we couldn’t stay there. We weren’t even in the room an hour. She said she couldn’t refund us. We had to go to a different hotel."
