"It was good and clean, but not so clean outside"

"The room was ok. We had an interesting interaction with the front desk staff. At 230 we asked for an early check in and when not available said no problem as it was only 30 minutes until check in. I was sitting in lobby waiting and he cupped his hands around his mouth and yelled “I need your ID” it was quite startling, And was a very poor first impression. We only stayed one night so can’t speak to any of the other staff as we had no interactions beyond the staff who checked us in."

"We were given a dirty room and had to change rooms. The staff seemed clueless."

"The pillows were very, very flat- we could roll them up three times just to get something to lie on. And we requested two additional pillows; there was never any follow-up . The room did smell like smoke."
