"We had a 7 hour layover and just wanted a place to rest comfortably. From the shuttle person to the check in person to the check out person out stay was very nice. The gentlemen that checked us in gave us information on how to keep track of what our security (tsa) point wait time would be before arriving at the airport. Then the lady Checking us out gave us very important helpful tips on how to navigate around The airport so we could make it to the gate on time. It was a very early flight....

"Was impressed by the professionalism and customer service. A refreshing experience."

"The place and room were good. I Liked the kitchen and laundry area. Very useful. Dislike The floor of our room was not clean. Also, while booking it clearly mentioned veg breakfast included, but there was no breakfast at all. Had to spend additional money on breakfast outside."

"It's just sad that there is only 1 receptionist that is working behind the desk but there is a self service kiosk wherein you can do self service checkin which is convenient. But i can always count on holiday inn for clean rooms, always have breakfast and there is airport shuttle, if you are willing to wait."
