"This is the second time we’ve stayed here after our Camino. It is close to all amenities and only a short walk to the Cathedral. We did have some issues with our room this time as the AC for the building was not on and our room was 27C. The staff that evening was helpful and did some troubleshooting. "First stop on the bus from the airport. No issues with checking in slightly earlier than due. Staff friendly & knowledgeable of the area. Couple of great bakeries close by so that addressed the breakfast needs."

"The hotel was in a great location. The staff were friendly and approachable despite my lack of availability to speak much Spanish or Catalan. The beds were comfortable. There were only a couple of issues with the room. Main issue was there was no way to turn down the heat (thermostat was locked at 22 degrees, it felt much warmer). We could open the door, but the street was quite noisy. The shower is in need of repair, I was worried the pole attaching the shower head to the wall was going to fall...

"We got the Suite and it was huge. The room, the toilets were all very clean. Friendly staff, nice buffet breakfast. The parking is not in the building, but there is a convenient parkling lot quite close. Only one recommendation, the bath has see through walls from the room. Would suggest privacy glass for the shower room,"

"Great location for my needs. Simple but all that I needed. Only downside was lack of desk person in the morning but not a big deal. Only a problem if the airline lost your luggage and wants to drop it off in the morning😁."

"This was a very good budget option. A clean, comfortable room with everything we needed even a little fridge. Daily cleaning and lovely fresh towels. Really nice staff. It is in an area with supermarkets and cheap bars but you do need to walk to go to restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again."

"Friendly staff, convenient location in the old town. Plenty of places to eat and drink close by. It was a 20 minute walk from the bus stop where the airport bus dropped us off but that isn't any fault of the hotel. Excellent place to stay and I would recommend it "
