"My room’s dead bolt did not work, the in room coffee pot was missing a brew basket. Pool area was locked up first evening. But the room served its purpose. I used the other latch to secure door and was able to get coffee down by the lobby in morning when I told staff i didn’t have brew basket."

"Do not stay here. Dirty bedspread with holes. Thin towels. Stained countertops in the otherwise very clean kitchenette. Water pressure was very strange for the bathroom sink and made it unusable without spraying water all over. Hair still left in the shower from previous guests. Gaps in the laminated floors. But you can park right outside the room and there's a fridge."

"Property cancelled my booking, charged me 110$ to stay for only a few hours, Property was dirty, room was dirty, bed had stains on it. Staff was rude"

"I needed to stay in the North PHX area for work meetings. The location was convenient and offered all of the things I needed in a hotel. The bed was comfortable, there was work area, the WiFi was solid and the coffee was good. Great value for a mid week work trip. "
