"Great service clean and spacious rooms. The kitechen staff at breakfast time are super helpful. The hotel is at a prime location with restaurants around and around 15min drive to Grand Canyon Visitor center. Highly recommend"

"We stayed at the Juniper building at the Maswik lodge. The room had vaulted ceilings and was clean and comfortable, as well as quiet. Parking was steps from our 2nd floor room. The cafeteria-style food is mediocre to poor, and closes early, so get there at least 45 mins before closing time. "

"Door lock of the room was broken and cannot lock the room. It was late check in , front desk was closed, and I was exhausted at that time so I did not complain it. But it made me nervous for possible robbery."

We broke down here on our way to the Canyon and had to wait a few days for parts etc. Every person we’ve interacted with has been helpful and kind. Be patient with your kitchen cook/bartender/server-they're doing it all and with a heavy dose of kindness and generosity. If we needed something the front desk was willing to help-local shuttle info, toiletries, directions etc. The maintenance crew have been kind and work...

Looks like the place had gotten renovated.. The view I had was the back of part of the building.. I think it could have some improvements. But not too much. I did enjoy my stay tho.. "

"Clean and best updated hotel on the I-40. This hotel is my new spot when I’m working in Winslow. The beds are very comfortable. The fitness center has the most options and not just cardio and they have enough food options and a bar when it’s late. Breakfast is good"
