"Never I have I booked a hotel that doesn't have breakfast available, no staff even on duty until midday. We had to walk nearly 2 miles to a local shop just to buy breakfast things. Nowhere in any of the details of the hotel booking process does it say they dot serve breakfast. "The hotels.com site states there is a reataurant at the location, there is but only open until 1500hrs, so that was a big issue as delivery was the next choice, pizza, indian etc not a great option and a minimium of £30 to get a delivery, a pain on your own. I then had an issue closing the room window as that neess maintenance, the tv controls were next, there were none and the great staff had to find a spare set.

"Our stay at the Cherry Tree was a comfortable stay for a business trip. The checking in system was efficient and the notifications from the owners were received in a timely manner and were very helpful and friendly in manner. We will definitely consider staying again on future business trips."
