"Good location for downtown Chicago. Breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean. The only parking offered was valet and a little pricey but all parking downtown is pricey. The only negative is the rooms had a lot of street noise."

"My original room had no hot water in the shower, they immediately moved my room. The staff was great."

"The room was terribly run down: stains on the carpet, badly stained bathtub with no drain stopper, no stopper for the sink drain, neither light over either bed worked, the exhaust fan switch for the bathroom was broken and did not work, cracks in the wall around the tub, part of one head board was broken and missing, the safety lock on the entrance door was broken with half of it missing, dents in the door, very dirty windows, and the room smelled of stale cigarett smoke."

"Pool was decent 3.5 ft deep and clean. Breakfast was really good for basic cereal, B&G, eggs and sausage. Most of the place was updated."

"Liked it so much I extended my stay by one more day, 40 min from down town Chicago, breakfast buffet was actually good, pankcakes , scrambled eggs, waffle, oatmeal, and other stuff,"

"First room provided the a/c did not function and the room smelled like pet urine and musty. Then the second room's front door had a huge gap along the frame, smelled equally unpleasant, the bathroom's tub had cigarette burns including black mold stains and chipped paint. The sink was clogged (slow drain). The beds had no comforters and the sheets looked used and unwashed with stains. And this is just a side note beware the airplane noise is very disturbing (obviously not blaming the motel) but...
