"Hotel had a smell of damp towels through out the building which included the room. Elevator was not working through out the 3 night stay. Stairwell was poorly maintained and if you are not careful, you could easily trip and fall. Cleaning the room also seemed like an after thought as I found undergarments under the chair in the room and the table. If you have an early flight, there is no way to check out. Also you have to take out your own trash or get charged a fee. They stay was in no way...

"Could use friendlier front staff. The attendant treated me as is I was bothering him, wasting his time as I tried to get checked in. Terrible customer service."

"Super 8 in Downton/Capitol area is a budget hotel and perfect for our stay in Austin. It’s walking distance to many things and in a great location. Yes it’s a little rundown, but the beds and sheets and bathrooms are clean. As it’s a budget friendly motel, expectations need to be managed. Breakfast is included, they provide coffee all day, and the staff are friendly."

"Wouldn’t feed that breakfast to my dog."

"SUPER comfortable bed and pillows! Great breakfast and nice staff 😊"
