The hotel looked nice and staff was friendly. The room was clean but my complaint was that there were many roaches in the bathroom. At one point I counted 6 baby roaches crawling in the shower. Definitely need better pest control. I would have stayed again if it wasn’t for the roaches

The mid shift desk clerk was off the hook courteous, friendly, and very respectable. I wanted a cup of coffee so bad after driving in Austin for 8 hours doing Uber. The second shift desk clerk took a moment out of her time to brew up a fresh pot of coffee for me and I found it to be one of the best parts of the hotel.

We had a great one night stay during graduation weekend. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and incredibly well run despite the busy crowds. The staff was friendly and attentive. Great location, great service, great experience overall.

Need to use your phone and pay for parking. I refused. Still had to use my phone to opt out and was harassed by cell and email next day. Yikes. The staff was very accommodating. I hope this is clear on Expedia sites as paying for parking using an app requiring login is not secure, wastes, time and constant texts asking for more money. We had a great stay.

Well staff is good, and rooms are large. Understand this isn't a 5star hotel, but better than most I've stayed at before. Decent breakfast buffet in morning, room had a fridge and no microwave. The walk in shower was a big plus and water was hot. So Hot water, working toilet, comfortable bed, fridge so you got it made for value and budget. I would stay again

Property is close enough to downtown that Lyft rides are about $25 It’s a place to sleep, shower and have your DoorDash delivered. It’s quiet and inexpensive. It’s just a room for a night. Beds not too comfortable Bring your own pillow and blanket.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the sheets were nice. However, the carpet is pretty old, and every time I was on it I kept getting bitten by something all around my ankles. There was also an odd smell in the room, and the blackout curtains didn’t block much light, which isn’t ideal for someone sleeping during the day. The toilet seat was loose and kept coming off, but since I was only there to shower and sleep, it wasn’t worth having maintenance come in. The hotel is older and seems to have been renovated as well as it could be. I wouldn’t say it was awful because it wasn’t it just wasn’t a place I’d choose to book again.

When we first got there our check in lady was really rude to us and made checking in longer than it needed to be. We got to the room and it was very clean. Me and my husband loved the layout and space but we were missing the ice bucket and a coffee machine. When my husband went to use the iron it was just leaking water all over his shirt so he had to pour out the water and just use the iron dry. At night when I realized we didn't have a ice bucket I ask the night lady for help and she was wonderful even brought me a bucket filled with ice straight to my room which was very sweet of her. Location of hotel was amazing right within a 2 to 10 min walk or drive from everywhere me and my husband wanted to go.

For the price, I felt I received good value. The room was spacious, clean, and versatile with an area to sleep, an area to simply sit down and relax, and an area in which I could get some work done. The bathroom was well maintained and the shower was a good size. The staff was attentive and friendly. Again, this is all about value. For the money I spent I'm not expecting high level amenities. Having said that, there is a decent sized outdoor pool and the gym has enough cardio equipment to conduct a decent workoout which I did.

Parking was convenient, the hotel was good. The staff was really friendly. The only thing I could say is that the room had a weird smell, and the TV didn't really work. Most of the channels were not good, the signal was just bad.

Everywhere in the hotel there were smells of marijuana, the beds were unkept and both had stains and one bed had a dead bug. The sink was clogged. Overall hotel smelled dirty. Receptionists however provided customer service.
