"The hotel put a hold on the payment in the evening before check in. At the time of the check in my card was charged, again. This put a freeze on duplicate payment. Had I used my debit card this would have been a problem. It is not acceptable to hold people's money once they pay. This practice is not acceptable and very concerning.
