"Rooms look very tired and outdated. There was a hole in the chair. But otherwise facilities was great. Use of common area is an excellent idea. I couldn't use most of the facilities as l arrved late and left before 5am. It would have been great if they offered a packed breakfast for people leaving before 0600. Air-Conditioning was effective and room was clean."

"I did not have high expectations upon arrival because of the photos that are on the internet. The property is older but it is well maintained and the staff is beyond helpful. The hotel is clean and the view is beautiful. We were really happy and would absolutely return."

"We stayed here 6/26 for 2 nights. Hotel was clean, rooms immaculate and we'll appointed. Staff from check in through checkout were attentive and accommodating. Hotel is a few block walk to Public Transportation (Subway-Transit Station) and a couple good Italian restaurants and bakery. Would not think of another place to stay when going again to Boston. No airport shuttle is only downside but flat rate cab was only $14 plus tip."

The major drawback was the heavy chemical fragrance odor throughout the carpeted portions of the building and the room. Even with window open in the room, it was strong and allergy-triggering. Would not stay again unless this was addressed."
