"Super, super cute mid-century mod renovated cozy house, walking distance to many things in Colonial Beach. Located just off the main road, this is a great stay. Very comfortable, so beautifully decorated, and great outdoor space. The neighborhood is a little strange because it's a mix of a lot of older homes, located behind a 7-11, BUT it is just a humble area and we felt safe. "The setting of this home is everything! Spacious yard and access to the water for fishing and wading. It was splendid! Home is very clean and very easy to get to. Jane was super responsive and provided good recommendations for us. Easy location to get to Buds Motorcross Track which is why we were there (my daughter college Baja SAE competition!) We had 3 generations in the home and we all had our own space. Very lovely accommodations and a place I would definitely return to if I have to be back...
