"Our first-floor room was not available, and we were told we could have a second-floor room or cancel. The entire floor outside the room had a strong urine stench. The floor of our room was dirty. The walls in the bathroom looked as though someone had painted them with feces. The sink did not drain. The lights were extremely dim and sparse, making the room dark. "Booked this hotel as it included breakfast and looks nice in pictures..arrived at the property and was very disappointed..smells odd, very old rooms, sheets are rough and makes your skin itchy, found hair on the bed and in the washroom floor..bed room floor was dusty and couch was dirty..buffet breakfast as mentioned was a grab and go breakfast which was a stale apple, melted granola bar and hard bagel .. no coffee available.
