"Bathroom faucet not working. Ice maker not working. A/c unit knobs not legible. Didn’t know if I had heat or a/c. The bed base was squeaking every time you moved! I’ve stayed in this property 5-6 times before and this was my last. Shaky neighbors in the building in front of this hotel made me and my wife feel unsafe (smoking weed and drinking alcohol in the open). Front desk acknowledged it!!"

"Wonderful and yes, cozy, atmosphere at this establishment -- a nicely updated, clean and well-maintained 2-story motel probably originally of mid 20th C architectural vintage. Excellent staff/proprietor who exudes a calm, polite and caring demeanor. Very enjoyable 2-night stay in the late spring of 2026. Good location -- particularly if one is interested in visiting nearby Clark Art Institute, Williams College or Mass MOCA in North Adams. Would highly recommend if looking for a colorful,...
