"The stay at Silo Design & Boutique Hostel in Basel was great. The staff were all kind and showed high hospitality & great service. The Hostel is well organized and the breakfast was great with a variety of Swiss cheese. I would like to thank Nicole especially, with her kindness in helping me with Check-in formality and also with providing some ideas/ suggestions about experiencing Switzerland. "Check in was weird as the reception was closed. There was an envelope with our room key. Room was OK but very small and the shower could not be closed due to weird construction. The shower floor was very slippery. Breakfast buffet was excellent. There is no restaurant and the nearest place to eat is some kilometers across a rather steep descent."
