"Room was not thoroughly cleaned when housekeeping came. Had to ask for shampoo multiple times and it still wasn’t filled so I went and bought my own."

"The location is super convenient to many restaurants, venues, and shopping. For the price I paid I would say it's decently reasonable. The only thing I was not a fan of was that the bathroom seemed a little dirty upon arrival and the hot water did not work the night I arrived (I let it run for several minutes as I was on the 5th floor and understand sometimes it takes a bit to heat up). This apartment helped make our Chicago trip...

"This is a really nice apartment, super usable kitchen, three bedrooms, it really made traveling with my son and sister very easy - we each had our own space. It's also super close to great stores including Whole Foods, REI, and more. Also accessible to nearby subway lines."

"We will definitely book again when we travel to Chicago!! Everything was as described and we didn't run into any issues. The fresh donuts delivered as a welcome was the cherry on top 💜"
