"The property was basic, as expected, but the host's behavior was shockingly unprofessional and erratic. After honestly correcting a simple booking mistake (one guest instead of two) and promptly offering payment, the host initially seemed polite but slow to respond. Things turned serious when I accidentally locked myself out of the bedroom—without shoes or phone—and urgently contacted him via my smartwatch. He claimed he'd arrive in an hour but vanished for hours, ignoring multiple calls....

Basingstoke Canal, Disused Western Arm The towpath walk along the disused part of the Basingstoke Canal, from the western end of the Greywell tunnel, is a wonderland in Spring. On a sunny day the thick tree canopy can create a relaxing lush green light, which combined with the decaying canal infrastructure is very beautiful, I hope this photo captures it. I believe this bridge is called 'Brick Kiln' bridge, but I am not sure.
