"This motor lodge doesn’t have soundproofing between the rooms and the corridor. Because it’s an airport motel, people arrive and talk loudly in the corridor until the wee small hours of the morning, then the noise starts again at 4am with people leaving to check in at the airport. That said, we couldn’t hear any road noise. I had maybe an hour’s sleep. My daughter slept okay so I guess it comes down to whether you are a light sleeper or not. On the plus side, it’s handy having a free airport...

"It is conveniently located within walking distance of the Sky Tower, though there is an uphill walk to get to the hostel from there. The staff were friendly and handled an issue of my bed being occupied by someone else."
